Bars & Restaurants

• Al Khiran Terrace: All day indoor and outdoor dining, with buffet breakfast, lunch and themed evening meals.
• Al Marjan: A signature French Restaurant offering a la carte and ‘Degustation’ menu for Dinner (closed June – August) by candlelight.
• The Beach Pavilion: Outdoor and indoor restaurant offering healthy refreshment during the day and a la carte menu with variety of seafood specialities during the evening.
• China Mood: Authentic Chinese cuisine offered for lunch and dinner.
• Al Maha Piano Bar: Serving a variety of cocktails and international drinks with live Piano entertainment.
• Pool Bar: Offering refreshment and light meals during the day.
• Atrium Tea Lounge: Serving light refreshments all day including traditional English High Tea in the afternoon with live music.
• Seblat Al Bustan: Authentic Omani night every Sunday and Wednesday with Bedouin Village ambiance and Oman folkloric dance and music (closed May – September).

Overview

Families will enjoy the glorious setting and whilst no children’s club is available, children’s pool areas and a play ground are included in the lush gardens. Interconnecting room types can also be requested.

Rooms types

200 air-conditioned rooms and 50 suites have been decorated to reflect local traditions and art deco designs. All have private balconies and are equipped with a full range of amenities including interactive satellite TV, high speed internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar and safe.

Arabian (5th & 6th floors with sea or mountain view) and Al Bustan (2nd & 3rd floors with sea or garden view) are 40 square metres. Whilst the new Al Bustan Lagoon Access rooms are the same size, they benefit from a 3 meter deck with direct access to the Lagoon. One Bedroom and Executive Suites are 80 square metres and provide separate sitting room area. Deluxe Suites of 260 square metres offer 2 bedrooms, sitting room, dining room, office and magnificent views from the 8th floor.

Family

• Up to 1 child under 12 can share with parents.
• Interconnecting rooms available and recommended for larger families.

Rates

Rates from £193 per night per adult sharing, inclusive of Bed & Breakfast in an Al Bustan Garden or Deluxe Mountain View Room (valid 01/11/11 – 31/10/12). Rates vary according to Season.

Additional value for 2011/12 includes complimentary in-room fruit, soft drinks and snacks from the mini-bar, tea and coffee as well as free local newspaper.

Family

• Children age 0 – 5 years sharing parent’s room will stay free of charge
• Children age 6-12 years sharing parent’s room will pay £15 for breakfast
• Children in own room pay adult rates (discount may be applicable during the Summer months).

Family Offer: The second room booked for a family of 4 (2 Adults and 2 Children up to the age of 15yrs), will only be charged 50% of the adults room.
