Fantastic

The Residence is a fantastic hotel – superb food, very personal service and a great kids club that has a good range of activities throughout the day and evening. Be warned that extras (drinks, lunch etc) are very expensive and you will need smart(ish) clothes for dinner ….

Oustanding

From start to finish the level of service was outstanding. It was was made clear that if there was anything we needed help with, nothing would be too much trouble. The staff were friendly, polite but not too overwhelming – you had a real sense that they wanted to make your stay feel perfect. We really didn’t want to come home, it was the most perfect place.

Wonderful memories

The service and facilities were excellent and faultless although the prices for items outside Half Board were very high (Dupres Family, Feb 09).
