• Pool: A stunning infinity pool blends with the azure lagoon ahead.
• Watersports: Windsurfing, water-skiing, pedal-boats, kayaks, pedalos, laser boats, hobby cats as well as glass bottomed boat and snorkelling trips. Fly fishing is also available at an additional cost.
• Land based Sports: Tennis courts, bicycles and practice putting green whilst guests can also play at the 18-hole championship golf course at the Belle Mare Plage, a 10-minute shuttle journey away.
• Health & Fitness Centre: Fully equipped area including gym, squash court, Jacuzzi, sauna, aerobics and yoga, plunge pool and steam bath. Hairdresser, beauty and body treatments available at a charge.

Bars & Restaurants

• L’Archipel is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, providing fine International and Mauritian dining for guests on an a la carte basis, with a themed evening once a week.
• The stunning floating restaurant, Le Barachois, offers sea food specialities in the evening, located in a unique natural environment surrounded by mangroves.
• The Laguna Bar overlooks the pool and beach, serving cocktail specialities and offering light music entertainment in the evening.
• The Lounge Bar provides an intimate and comfortable setting, ideal for an aperitif or after-dinner drink.

Overview

Activities at Le Petit Prince for young children will enable you to take a moment to absorb the tranquillity of this unique slice of paradise. Highly recommended for those seeking a second Honeymoon but this time accompanied by young children.

Babysitting & Supervised activities

• Babysitting: Provided at an additional charge plus taxi fare in the evening.
• Organised In-House Activities: ‘Le Petit Prince’ children’s club is open from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm daily. Complimentary activities for children aged 4 – 12 years include shell collages, mini-golf and crab-hunting, whilst younger children can also join in if accompanied by a parent or babysitter.

Room types

All 89 suites are air-conditioned with mini-bar, terrace or balcony and DVD player.

76 Junior Suites (70 square metres), set along the beach, amongst the tropical gardens or on stilts over the natural fish reserve whilst 12 Senior Suites with separate sitting room (130 square metres) are set in individual thatched chalets. These either lead directly to the beach with personal pools or are also situated above the lagoon.

The Princely Suite (350 square metres), located in a secluded part of the hotel grounds, comprises of 2 Junior and 1 Senior suites and includes 2 pools, private garden and kitchen for family groups seeking the ultimate word in privacy and luxury.

Family

• One child and one infant in a cot can be accommodated in a Junior Suite.
• Several Junior Suites are linked by an internal corridor, ideal for families with older children.
• Senior Suites can accommodate up to two children in the sitting room area

Rates

Rates from £184 per adult per night inclusive of Bed & Breakfast in a Junior Suite (valid 19/04/10 – 15/09/10).

Family

• Child aged 0 – 2 years free of charge
• Children age 3 – 11 years from £60 per night.
• Children under 18 in their own room receive a discount of 40% (30% during Peak Season).

• Winter – Pay 5 Stay 7 Valid for 01/11/10 to 23/12/10 and 07/01/11 to 15/04/11.
• Honeymoon: Free Stay for the Spouse! (Valid 14/04/10 – 20/10/10 – 30% during other periods and no discount during Peak Season) within 9 months of Marriage
• Wedding Anniversaries: 50% Discount for your Partner (Valid as per Honeymoon dates) within 6 months of Anniversary date. Only applicable for 10th Wedding Anniversaries and subsequent anniversaries at 5 years interval.
• Early Booking Bonus: Bookings made 30 days before arrival date for stays between 19th April to 31st October will be entitled to a discount of £90 per adult, per stay (not applicable for children sharing or in own room). From 1st November, this will change to a discount of 10% on Half Board Rates valid till end April 2011.
