Safety

• Animals: The Lodge is not fenced. Please be aware that there may be snakes and scorpions in the rocks nearby, especially during the South African Summer.
• Water: The Lodge / Little Madikwe have pools although Little Madikwe has a safety net.
• Height: Whilst the Main Lodge is set at height into the rocks, Little Madikwe is at ground level.

Rooms types

Guests aged 10 and over can stay at the main lodge of Madikwe Hills. Vast air-conditioned suites with separate sitting rooms include private decks with plunge pools offering superb views and outdoor showers.

Little Madikwe offes exceptional accommodation, comprising of 2 en-suite bedrooms, spacious sitting room and dining area, private deck and swimming pool overlooking the African Bush, accommodating up to 4 adults. Two optional additional suites are also located close by for those looking for accommodation for 8 – 9 guests.

Family

Little Madikwe can also be booked by 2 adults sharing with up to 3 children. It comes complete with personal nanny!

Rates

Rates in the Main Lodge from £299 per night per adult sharing, inclusive of all meals, beverages (excluding premium wines), laundry, and Game Drives and optional walking safaris (valid from 01/05/10 – 31/08/10).

Rate for the Little Madikwe based on 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children sharing, from £1,303 per night inclusive of all meals, beverages (excluding premium wines), laundry, private chef, butler, ranger and game drive vehicle (valid from 01/05/10 – 31/08/10).

Family

• Rate to book the entire Family Suite as above.
• Children age 10 – 16 in the Main Lodge sharing with parents charged 50% adult rate. No single supplement is payable for a child in their own room, just the adult sharing rate.
