• Pool: Large outdoor pool (30 m x 17 m) complemented by indoor heated pool (13m x 7 m) with daily water aerobics.
• Watersports: Sailing, windsurfing, pedalos, parachuting, jet-skiing, banana riding, canoeing in Season (generally May – September) all for a charge. The new Club Mistral, located just 50 metres from the hotel, also offers kitesurfing courses for a charge (see www.club-mistral.com).
• Land based Sports: Fitness Centre and floodlit tennis courts, beach volleyball, table tennis, darts and boccia as well as bicycle and scooter hire (at a charge).
• Spa: Exclusive Arabian Thalasso Centre featuring extensive seawater and Ayurvedic treatment facilities and offering various beauty treatments and massages at a charge.
• Games Room: Offering bridge, playing cards and board games.

Bars & Restaurants

• Kalypso: Serving breakfast and providing international cuisine and buffets with daily-changing specials in the evening.
• El Malouf: Offering Tunisian and Maghreb cuisine in a traditional setting during the evening.
• Neptune: Open from Midday, serving a salad buffet and snacks from the a la carte menu for lunch and wonderful fresh sea food enjoyed on the ocean front during the evening.
• Bar Ithaque: The place to go to enjoy coffee or ice cream during the day, including pastries at tea time, as well as serving a selection of drinks in the evening.
• Medusa Lounge Bar: Open from 6 pm till late offering drinks and entertainment in a funky atmosphere.
• Sidi Bou Said Moorish Café: Try traditional Djerbian mint tea, Turkish coffee or a shisha water pipe in the late afternoon / evening!

Overview

A variety of family accommodation options, leisure facilities including a year-round heated indoor pool and children’s club ensures a warm welcome. It provides a lovely base from which to enjoy a beach focused holiday with options interesting outings such as Houmt Souk and several film locations for Star Wars on the mainland.

Looking after younger guests

• Shallow paddling pool areas.

Babysitting & Supervised activities

• Babysitting: Service can be arranged with notice.
• Mini Club: 300 square metre club (please note this is in the basement) offering complimentary supervised activities for children age 3 to 12 years. Younger children can also use the facilities when accompanied by a parent or babysitter.

Rooms types

The Hotel offers 259 air-conditioned rooms with mini-bar and satellite TV.

Standard Rooms (20 – 24 square metres) consist of 46 Garden View Rooms with terrace and 150 Sea View Rooms with balcony and Ocean outlook. 38 Deluxe Rooms (32 – 38 square metres) have clear views of the pool and sea alongside tea and coffee making facilities. Superior Rooms also offer a lounge area with sofa and a large balcony.

17 Suites are also available including 2 Presidential Suites (100 square metres), 7 Ambassador Suites (48 – 54 square metres) and 8 Junior Suites (40 – 45 square metres).

Family

• A child can share with parents in all room types.
• In addition to the above 8 family Deluxe Rooms (50 square metres) provide a double and twin bedroom areas divided by a central wall and door but sharing a bathroom.
• Inter-connecting rooms are also available.

• Supplement for a Family Suite (2 x connecting rooms and 1 x bathroom) on application.
• Children under 16 share free on a Bed & Breakfast Basis.
• Half Board is also complimentary for children under 12 when booked by parents.
• Children in interleading rooms (rather than Family Suite) receive a discount dependent on Season.
