  • L’Olivier: Providing interior and outside dining overlooking the pool featuring Mediterranean specialities and seafood.
  • Li Bai: Offering authentic Chinese Imperial cuising in a luxurious setting.
  • Poolside Grill: Al fresco dining from the Poolside Grill open May to September.
  • El Dar: Spiced dishes and fresh mint tea can be enjoyed amidst the fruity aromas of the water pipes!
  • The Neroli: Situated in the Spa but including outside dining area, including its exclusive ‘Bio Privilege’ buffet (Tunisian organically grown produce).

Overview

A wide range of facilities on site including a large pool area, gardens and access to the beach makes this an ideal choice for those wishing to combine a traditional ‘sun and sand’ holiday with some cultural excursions. Inter-connecting rooms, kids club and children’s menus make family stays a pleasurable and easy experience.

Looking after younger guests

  • Toys and facilities of the Children’s Club available during opening hours (please see below) including borrowing of DVD’s.
  • Play area within the gardens.
  • Children’s pool.
  • Children are also allowed to use the Spa Pool from in the early morning (generally 8 am – 9 am) otherwise age 16+ only.

  • Children’s Menu available in the Main Restaurant, via Room Service or
    Children’s Club.
  • Bespoke Meals available on request.

Babysitting & Supervised activities

  • Babysitting: Service can be arranged with notice.
  • Dolphin Club: Offering complimentary supervised activities for children age 3 to 11 years from 09:00 – 17:30 (until 9 pm in July and August). Younger children can also use the facilities when accompanied by a parent or babysitter.

Rooms types

The Hotel offers 161 luxurious, air-conditioned rooms and 9 suites featuring ivory walls, blond wood, Alicante marble and delicate fabrics. All have private terrace overlooking the sea or gardens, sofa corner, walk-in wardrobe, satellite TV with DVD and mini-bar.

Family

  • Up to 1 child in a bed (converted from sofa corner) and 1 in a cot can share a Room.
  • Inter-connecting rooms are also available.

The hotel makes regular donations to local charities and often sponsors events held at the hotel in aid of these. There is regular training of local staff including language lessons / kitchen / waiting skills etc. Regarding the environment, waste is sorted and as much re-cycled as possible, as well as water, and the golf course has its own recycling plant. Training courses for environmental protection are also in place.
