When Payments are Due
We require a 10% deposit (20% for holidays incorporating
Christmas and/or the New Year or Easter) for ground arrangements plus
that required by the airline at time of booking.
The balance of payment is then due at least 10 weeks
prior to departure. Please make yourself aware of the cancellation
penalties due as outlined
in our booking conditions.
Methods of Payment
Payments can be made by cheque, debit or credit card.
Please note, however, that payments by credit card will be subject to
a commission of 1.9%. Unfortunately we can only keep our
prices so competitive by passing on this charge to clients who wish to
pay in this manner. You can also choose to pay by bank transfer - please request our banking details.
If you would like to pay by debit/credit card, please go to our e-bill section and follow the simple instructions on how to make a payment against your account. Alternatively, you can complete the relevant section of the Booking Form and we will carry out this process for you.
Payment Protection
The air holidays we sell are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom. Click on the ATOL logo if you want to know more.
Further, in compliance with the UK Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 and the Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organiser’s Licensing) Regulations 1995 an insurance policy has been arranged with Travel & General Insurance Company plc to protect customers’ prepayments paid in respect of
- flight inclusive packages commencing and returning to the UK
- non-flight inclusive packages commencing and returning to the UK
- the ground handling aspects of packages where the customer is responsible for arranging travel to the destination
offered in this website (subject to the terms of the insurance policy), for:
- a refund of such prepayments if customers have not yet travelled
- making arrangements to enable the holiday to continue if customers have already travelled or
- repatriation of customers to the UK
in the unlikely event of our financial failure.
